Our AOC appellations
Our Sparkling Wines
Crémant de Loire : This regional appellation applies to mostly white and sometimes rosé sparkling appellations made using traditional methods with a second fermentation in the bottle, and are matured on their lees for at least 12 months.
Many different varieties are used to produce these wines: Chenin, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, etc. The white sparkling wines show off a wonderful, bright colour, and offer subtle aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit. The rosés offer a pale hue with bright raspberry tints, with subtle aromas of red fruits and a lingering flavour of pineapple.
